1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dunnable, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Dunnable, including subscribers and trial users.

2. Service Description

Dunnable is a B2B software service that automates accounts receivable collections and generates AI-powered revenue reports for businesses using QuickBooks Online. The service includes automated collection email sequences, invoice sync, and weekly narrative reports.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Dunnable offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. QuickBooks Integration

You authorize Dunnable to access your QuickBooks Online account data via OAuth 2.0 for the purpose of syncing invoice and accounts receivable data. Dunnable operates in read-only mode and does not create, modify, or delete QuickBooks data. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Settings page or directly through your Intuit account.

5. Collection Emails

By using Dunnable's collection automation features, you authorize Dunnable to send emails to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact your customers and that the invoice amounts and customer information you sync are accurate. Dunnable is not liable for disputes arising from collection emails sent on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dunnable is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that collection emails will result in payment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunnable's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
