1. Information We Collect
Dunnable collects your email address when you sign in. When you connect your QuickBooks account, we access invoice and accounts receivable data through the QuickBooks API to power our collections service. We do not store your QuickBooks credentials.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- • Provide and operate the Dunnable collections automation service
- • Sync invoice data from QuickBooks to identify overdue accounts
- • Send automated collection reminder emails to your customers
- • Generate weekly AI-powered accounts receivable reports
- • Process payments for your subscription via Stripe
3. QuickBooks Data
Dunnable connects to QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0 with read-only access to retrieve invoice information. We do not modify, delete, or write data to your QuickBooks account. You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time from your Settings page.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Dunnable:
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed to third parties. We retain invoice data only as long as your account is active.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. You may also disconnect your QuickBooks integration at any time from Settings. Upon account deletion, we remove all invoice data, collection sequences, and reports within 30 days.
